Malcolm Frazier
Co-Founder & Principal
Malcolm leads real estate investment, acquisitions, and development strategy for UCOI. He works directly with first-time buyers, entrepreneurs, and investors to structure deals, identify capital pathways, and turn overlooked properties into long-term assets. His approach is relationship-first: understand what someone is trying to build, then connect them to the resources and partnerships that make it possible.
Alex Frazier
Co-Founder & Principal
Alex leads business development, community partnerships, and client strategy. She helps business owners strengthen operations, position for growth, and navigate the resources available to them, while building the neighborhood relationships and programs that keep UCOI's work grounded in the communities it serves. Together with Malcolm, she is building a firm where ownership is accessible, not exclusive.
